Engineering Design Team
The design team have experience in a wide range of equipment including:-

- Spot Welding Fixtures
- General jigs and Fixtures
- Handling and Assembly Equipment
- Bonding Fixtures
The control of components for Welding, Bonding, Measurement, or Assembly is critical for any production process, and depending on the volume of throughput, part variants, ergonomics and budget, we will conceive a solution, and work with the customer to determine the correct type of tooling for the process. This process would normally include 'Poke Yoke' (ensuring correct presentation of parts) and part present sensing.
We use 3D CAD Software Autodesk Inventor or Mechanical desktop to create our detailed designs and prove those designs before we begin manufacture. We will then manufacture quality fixtures and apply our engineering expertise for fixture set up and development, with the end result of product quality and repeatability. Our fixtures incorporate the following characteristics:
- All parts located to drawing datums
- Shimmable XYZ locations
- Part present sensing
- Pneumatic or manual clamps
- Mechanical or electronic poke-yoke
- Operator ergonomics
- Ease of maintenance
- Simplistic operation
- High industry standard
