Design Services
When we undertake design projects, we liaise with the customer (sometimes, the customers customer) to determine the specific requirements and tooling required, and collect the product data (computer models or components).
We then produce schematic models of the proposed tooling and present these schemes on a laptop. We will then discuss all aspects of the design and fixture function, to a point where principle design sign off is achieved (this could require many visits or presentations).
The 3D model is completed including all bought out parts and fasteners, we then produce a set of fully interactive detail and assembly drawing so each part can be manufactured, identified and assembled together to produce the required tooling, this would include a stock list of all parts to assist in the purchase and control of manufacture. All drawings and information are then fully checked before issuing to the customer, either hard copy (printed drawings) or electronically on a disk.
We would, as a matter of course, assist the customer with any manufacture or assembly questions that may arrive.
