About Taylor Design Engineering

Taylor Design Engineering is a young dynamic company formed by a Mechanical Production Engineer with more than 20 years in the design and manufacture of Production Automotive Tooling. We are well placed to meet the demands and challenges most engineering projects bring, based in the Southeast we serve clients across the whole of the UK.

We are dedicated and focused on providing a service which we are passionate about.  Whether you’re a newly established, small, medium or large business, we have the engineering experience and expertise to help meet your requirements in the most practical and innovative way.

The automotive industry is such that it requires exacting standards, strong engineering disciplines, adherence to defined procedures and attention to detail. We understand that each customer is unique, each with a different requirement we therefore we employ an active approach to adapt to your needs, providing a bespoke service entering at any stage of development. We like to keep a balanced relationship with our clients, offering onsite visits with laptop presentations of the design progress, ensuring you get the attention and information you need when you need it.

With engineering being such a broad field, our main expertise in design, development and manufacturing processes comes from the automotive and high-tech sectors. We regularly deal with clients from other sectors, allowing us to transfer knowledge and technologies across disciplines.
